Kent State Gymnastics Camps
Camp Details

*The last 1/2 hour of the last day will be open gym and parents are invited to watch.

Supervision: Campers will be supervised by the coaching staff and counselors at all times. A member of our staff will arrive at the gym by 8:30 am to accommodate commuters. If necessary, commuters will remain under staff supervision until they have been picked up to return home.

First Aid Providers: There will be a first aid provider on duty at all camp sessions.

Insurance: Primary coverage is the responsibility of each camper and her parent(s)/guardian(s). KSU has purchased secondary insurance for each participant that will cover over and above the participant’s primary coverage.

Medical Forms: Each camper must bring with them the completed Medical Care and Hold Harmless Forms. Download Medical Form here.

Cancellation / Refund: Your camp fee, less a $50.00 nonrefundable administrative fee, will be refunded without question if you cancel TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the start of camp. At any time after that date, a refund less a $50.00 administrative fee will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physician. All medical refund requests must be made within 30 days of the end of camp. If no request for cancellation is made within 30 days, no refund will be given, including no-shows.
